The Gulf  Coast Echo portfolio came together after Paula Barr spent several years on the Gulf Coast photographing her home and its unique culture. 
The “Before Katrina” photos in the Gulf Coast Echo project span from the 1970’s to the 1990’s. After Hurricane Katrina washed away the Gulf Coast’s hope
and its culture, Paula Barr saw her photographs as an honest, expressive look at the beautiful culture that made the Gulf Coast unique. 
Upon her return to the Gulf Coast in 2008, Paula Barr took a second look at this enchanting area. The two collections—Before and  After—come together
as one in the Gulf Coast Echo project. The portfolio is now for sale on our website, and all proceeds go to Site Images, which is building the Gulf Coast Echo
project into a traveling show and a larger collection.

Gulf Coast Echo Portfolio. Six photographic images. Each print measures 20x24 inches, Lamda print, printed on Fuji Crystal Archive matte paper. Edition size: 1-12. Each print signed and numbered by the artist.

The limited edition portfolio commemorates Paula's exhibition at the 2008's World Economic Forum meeting, Davos, Switzerland. The portfolio is printed by master printer Alice Lautenschlager, St. Gallen, Switzerland. Editions 1-12 available for purchase through the project sponsor, SiteImages, Inc. All proceeds, which are tax-deductible, go to SiteImages to further the Gulf Coast Echo project.

Single prints are $2,400 each. The complete collection of six prints is available at the discounted price of $12,000.
